It doesn’t have any rum in it (bummer) but add some for a yummy cheat if you want to!
1 small banana or 1/2 large banana (frozen if the best)
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mango chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk
3-6 ice cubes
Almond meal and/or coconut flakes for garnish
Blend all of the ingredients…simple! I prefer to freeze some of my fresh fruit to cut down on the amount of ice needed. Add ice to the consistency that you prefer. Sprinkling a little almond meal on top of your colada adds a little crunch that makes the drink in my opinion. Unsweetened coconut flakes are good too. Enjoy!
